More than 1.7 million people have signed an online petition calling for an investigation into the scoring.
Although the majority of the signatures have come from Kim's homeland of South Korea, the Koreans are not alone in being unhappy with judging in figure skating at the Sochi Games.

BEIJING, Nov. 30 (Xinhuanet) -- China Telecom today debuted unlimited online data services for people who go abroad, the first time the car-rier has offered its own branded services in overseas regions to individual users.
The daily package starts at 48 yuan (US$7.80) for unlimited data roaming services in Hong Kong and Macau. With a SIM (subscriber identity module) card or portable wireless router offered by China Telecom, people are allowed to surf online and use social platforms on WeChat or Facebook during trips to overseas regions.
Previously, international roaming fees have always been a concern for users, since they can cost them hundreds or even thousands of yuan.
